3. B2B Wholesale Commercial Terms

Because LAMMN produces custom, artisanal bakery products baked fresh daily for premium hotel, cafe, and corporate accounts in Bangkok, all business operations are governed by the following strict guidelines:

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All standard B2B wholesale deliveries require a minimum count (typically 12 items total per daily run) or as negotiated within custom proposals.
• Ordering Cut-off Deadlines: In order to allow adequate fermentation and preparation of premium French-Japanese laminated pastries, cutoff times are strictly set to 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day prior to shipping.
• Baking Policy (Fresh & Never-Frozen): All wholesale orders are baked fresh, and loaded immediately for shipment. Consequently, orders cannot be cancelled or modified inside the final 24-hour cycle.
• Climate-Controlled Delivery: Shipments are executed in temperature-optimized shipping compartments to preserve butter content integrity and crisp flaky pastry structures.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our digital application is configured and provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" baseline. While we execute absolute care to update product dimensions, pricing thresholds, and ingredients information accurately, we do not issue total warrantees on error-free digital execution.

We hold no responsibilities for indirect, occasional, or consecutive damages stemming from interrupted network capabilities or download failures.
